I was stuck on a northern rock mortgage which got transferred to landmark on an interest rate well above going rate. Because it was a 125% mortgage it took time to reduce balance to be able transfer it and even then it was problematic. L@G were 1st company to resolve this and I tried a few , couldn't speak highly enough of them definitely worth a try. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
