M&S home ins backed by Aviva. Disgusting service.

M&S home insurance are backed by Aviva. God forbid you ever have to make a claim with these idiots because they will run you ragged with repeated requests for yet more information every time you give them what they want. I had to settle for 25% of the amount claimed after my shower sprung a leak, & caused water damage throughout the house. I will avoid Aviva for ever now and I thoroughly recommend that you do too!
