Superb Mortgage Advice, lacking with protection plan

Very helpful at advising and gathering information on mortgages. Would be good if there emails were more tailored though. I get emails about lower interest rates eventhough I've just renewed my mortgage. Customer service for protection plan is terrible. Arranged a time for a call and they never rang, then months later had an email saying they were closing our case because we didn't show interest. Replied to it and didn't get a response.
