5 years of ease

I started with Revolut in 2020 and used it for its ease online and as an app. From there I took advantage of its metal offering when I spent a summer working in Seattle on a J1 visa. Metal provided a great deal of benefits ranging from travel insurance to personal insurance and the ability to open an American bank account which meant I could get paid into this app. It made everything so easy and gave me an ability to manage all the money from work in usd and home in gbp in one space. I still use metal to this day for all its perks. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
