Rachel at Longton is incredibly helpful

A massive thank you to Rachel from the Longton branch for her help in getting to the bottom of a missing payment from my savings to HMRC and providing additional info to help with my appeal. We may never have known where the problem lay if not for the staff at HEBS. Also thanks to Katherine at Festival Park for her help in the same matter. A local company doing their best for local folk.
