DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company, I was told by their sales person the procedure of collecting money which afterwards I found out was total lies. They collected very little and after all their extortionate fees, I gained only a small amount of what was owed. I've only just found out that last September they closed my case with still over £50k of debt, unfortunately they had no discussion with me, sent no email or letter to me to say they were closing it. The reviews from many speak for themselves that this company will lie to get the work, take as much money if they do manage to recover any, and if it means more than an odd telephone call or letter to the debtor then they close the case. When you say "but the sales person said" they accuse you of lying as their sales people would not say that. DO NOT USE THI COMPANY Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
