SOPHIA compentent, capable and confident.

SOPHIA - Needed for my daughter (recently turned 18 years old) to establish an understanding of savings accounts earning interest, and establishing the confidence to start speaking to financial institutions as a young person just beginning to earn money for herself, and making it work harder for her paid efforts in life! Sophia also helped me establish the status of my own savings and assisted with the login processes for seeing statements etc online. As always, Saffron are so approachable and keep things very clear and above all else, simple - it;s the simplicity of speaking directly to someone there which makes Saffron so appealing and reliable when one needs to contact them, and setting up products and moving money around. Sophia embodies the principles of patience and understanding with customers who do not "do" finance everyday. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
