Very disappointed.

The whole process of setting up a Trust account took almost 3 months although there were a couple of very small delays while documents/ID was sent/received but I felt I was doing so much chasing/emailing as replies were not received when I'd been told they would be. Person dealing with it had several intermittent days of annual leave but I wasn't told until after each event. I wasn't really kept in the picture at all. One reason for the delay was given as the "high volume of trust applications" but maybe they shouldn't accept more than they can cope with. One of the Trustees had to send original paperwork for ID/proof of address but these have not been returned. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
