Would not even give this place 1 star .

Would not even give this place 1 star . Got a car on finance from tollbar motors from first response finance and had problems from day 1 with the car .in the end i had to take car back after 5 months due to engine issues . Cancelled the finance and first response finance took £683.94 for milage i had done in the car but the car was found to be faulty from a specialist and in my opinion i should not have to pay anything due to none of this been my fault .. they egnore ur emails also . Where a vehicle is rejected, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows for a fair deduction to be made for use of the vehicle, which can include mileage accrued prior to return. Any such deduction is calculated in line with the legislation and the terms of the agreement. While we appreciate the situation was frustrating for you, we are pleased that an appropriate outcome was reached and that the agreement was ultimately cancelled.
