Absolutely disgusted with this company, who I've been with for years but thankfully never had to use their services until a couple of weeks ago. My husband was driving on the A11 and was 30 miles from home when the tread came off the front nearside tyre. He called EA and was told this wasn't included in our policy as the tyre still had some air in it. He was advised to drive to the nearest garage! It was Sunday and not garages able to change a tyre were open, he was on a busy dual carriage way with no hard shoulder and the car definitely was not safe to drive - I rang Norfolk Police and they confirmed this was the case. I've emailed EA customer services and they've not even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email. Avoid at all costs - they are unscrupulous sh!tes!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
