Excellent Customer Service & Good Interest Rate

RCI have very good personal customer service - I believe they are UK call centres and whenever I have spoken to someone they are very polite and customer focussed. On top of that their rates are always good - maybe not market leading, but would think in top 20% of savings account. I always know that I'll be getting a decent rate and don't need to worry about this dropping significantly compared to bank of england base rate. I have recommended to at least 3 others who have taken out accounts. Easy to transfer money to and from my current account too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Very pleased with Interest Rate and Customer Service

I have recommended RCI to at least 3 other people, 2 of whom have opened an account (where's your referral scheme? :o) because whenever I've had to phone customer service they have been very good - you employ bright people with good people skills. You also always have a competitive interest rate too, so I never feel the need to shop around. Reviewed on: 8th February 2026
