Since the beginning

I joined monzo bank as a customer when they were new. They have evolved so much and have beaten all the other older banks which are so behind. Monzo products are just amazing and the customer service is on top! Even if it cost more to stay with Monzo, to me it’s been worth it. I had a NatWest account and paid for a packaged account which was a lot £2 less than Monzos but decided to stay with Monzo as their customer service is better and easy to chat to them than NatWest.
