I’ve been with Monzo for 2 years now, as someone who works in banking and has always banked with major high street banks - Monzo blows everyone out of the water. The app is amazing, easy to use, and very user friendly. I am Gen Z but feel all age groups could benefit from features Monzo provides. Their support team are really easy to speak to and the little issues I have had with my account have been resolved immediately. Their social media team also need a raise as their posts across social media are so funny! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
