The Uplifter!

I can clearly remember how Revolut uplifted my spirit when I was very new here in London. Migrating from a different country, using my overseas bank account was costly and troublesome. My workplace opened a UK based bank for me but for some reasons, it had some issues and it took some time before it was activated. Apparently, my colleagues suggested to apply with this (other) digital bank highlighting that the approval rate is high especially if you are fully employed — I happily complied and was excited to have my first bank here. Sadly, with no reason provided at all, my application was rejected. But as they say, when a door close, windows will open! A friend then suggested REVOLUT! No issues, immediately approved! I was so happy that time! Some more, it happened the day before my licensure practical exams to practice here…aced the exams! Since then I have been using Revolut and I’m very happy with it’s outstanding services! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
