Brilliant service dealing with a payment issues

I recently had a very bad and extremely frustrating experience with a company after buying vouchers that then didn’t work - despite numerous online ‘chats’ and emails they would not refund. I contacted Monzo as a last resort, not even sure if they would be able to help, and they were amazing - within hours of reporting it, they refunded me the full amount. The other company went on at a later date to refund me and Monzo notified me and allowed 30 days before taking the money back. A great experience in my opinion Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
