Monzo is always there to help with any issue in whatever way they can. I had an issue that required a number from a different company that I couldn’t get a hold of and they refused to give it and Monzo still managed to sort my issue. Big thank you to Monzo and once I’ve sorted my finances I will be swapping over permanently. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
