Switched all primary accounts to Monzo.

Having been with a traditional bank for over 10 years, I can safelt say that Monzo has much better customer service, and the user interface is easy and fun to use. I also like the way that Monzo explains the different products it offers, such as savings, investment and pensions, as it's something I don't have much experience with. Feels like they care about their customers and design their products with people in mind. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
