Good old fashioned service at its best

On holiday in Spain and couldn’t get the website to transfer money between accounts. Phoned to try and sort and it was dealt with so efficiently and in a friendly helpful way. Good old fashioned service at its best. Was made to feel like I was their only customer. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
