Account had a fraudulent transaction Monzo were on it within 5 minutes of reporting it . They stopped my card immediately. Issued a new card which arrived within 48 hrs . Gave me my new card details so I could use it on my phone immediately. Money was refunded into my account within the hour . Never ever had service like that ever from a high street bank Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
