Security and nominated bank

Lilly was very helpful answering questions about my easy access account, talking me through how to set up a telephone password and my nominated bank account. She was very patient, despite it being late in the day, and kept prompting me to make sure all my questions were answered. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
