Words can't describe how angry this insurer has made me. I pay 1700 to insure my car with a black box. The black box then goes ahead to give me negative scores for driving at night. I will start the day with a positive score, I drive for the day, get positive scores for that day, and then my overall score will suddenly become a negative... I called the customer service team about this; they were useless. They were rude, didn't atall listen to my complaint and didn't didn't know atall what they were doing. Honestly so disgusted that as a 17year old I pay this much for insurance and get the treatment I did.
