Best Bank Monzo Bank

Monzo gets my vote for Best British Bank 2026 because it consistently delivers a level of speed and customer experience I haven’t seen from any other UK bank. When my card was blocked unexpectedly, the replacement arrived the very next day. That’s not “good service” — that’s operational excellence, and it removed stress immediately. Beyond that, the app experience is genuinely engaging and useful: the daily challenge keeps me interacting with my finances in a positive way, and Monzo’s investment product is simple to access and well-integrated into day-to-day banking.
