Quality is shown in handling problems well.

Quality is shown in handling problems well. A problem with the website caused a withdrawal to fail so I called and complained. I got through quickly, the fault was listened to carefully and problem with the website has been corrected and I was paid compensation. Such service is rare and builds real trust.
