Excellent company to deal with.

Always polite and helpful. The products they offer are first rate and the app very easy to use. The hardest thing was learning how to log out which is not easy to spot! Once I had sorted that I was fine. I was recommended to Moneybox by my granddaughter who has had the most amazing help from them in obtaining her first mortgage at age 21! Very impressed by that. Very good communication and customer service.

Very good communication and customer service. I would have appreciated an email on the day I reinvested my ISA as I was not sure my instructions had been received, otherwise the bank seems very focused. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
