Friendly and helpful

Enquired online and received a call back within 24 hours. Explained what I was looking for and made an appointment to see them having explained exactly what I needed to bring with me. Staff were welcoming and listened to everything I said. Every step was explained fully so I understood exactly what would happen. I even ended up getting a better deal than I expected.
