I have recommend to everyone and will keep doing so

I find the chip account to be very user friendly and the customer service is great, especially with the information emails that get sent. It is clear Chip put their customers first and the emails are easy to understand. On the app it is easy to access information about other products they offer (I.e. stocks and shares, investments etc.) which are clear and simple to follow. I particularly like the portfolio of my savings where I can see the ‘trend’ of my savings and where it has increased and decreased Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
