Natwest is innovative - making banking easy

As someone who's used most of the UK banks, to me Natwest stands out from the rest in terms of it's innovation and customer care. They really do seem to go the extra mile to be ahead of the other banks with their app and website. They have so many simple and well presented features that make life easier. If you do need to speak to a person they're helpful too and resolve any issues that you have. The only downside I'd say, is that like all big banks, their interest rates for savers aren't the best. Great personal service & clout to get the best deals

I've had a great experience using L&C over the last twelve years for mortgages and re-mortgages. They offer a very personal service and look after you well. It's reassuring that they are big enough to get the best deals. Their rate check service works well too, ensuring you don't miss out if rates get better after you've chosen one provider.
