Easy access great service - a unique range of options

PayPal offers easy to use options to spread payments which I find very useful, especially for costly items that would be a big hit on monthly budgeting - as a pensioner on a fixed income this is especially helpful. Added to that account management is very easy via the app, all the information is clearly set out and access is secure and quick with a sensible system for logging on whether via the app or on my PC. On the few occasions when I need help or information, customer service is easy to reach and is first rate - no bots! Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

Just so good in every way

I use PayPal whenever I can for purchases large and small. Very happy with PayPal Credit, Pay in Three and the special offers are very attractive and at times so useful. On the few occasions when I have needed to talk to customer service - real live humans - I've found them very friendly and always helpful. Ban the Bots! Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
