Excellent customer service as standard

Everything seems well thought through and the customer service is excellent. A couple of weeks ago I lost my card. It was very easy to freeze the card and order a new one. It really took the stress out of the experience. It does really stand out these days when you receive excellent customer service as standard. Well done Monzo! Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
