After being scammed Monzo sorted it out, replaced my card which arrived in 2 days, allowed me to unlock my app to make purchases as I was away on holiday at the time of the scam, and reimbursed the money almost immediately! On another occasion when goods purchased did not arrive, Monzo reimbursed me very quickly Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
