Missing documents, documents with incorrect informat...

Missing documents, documents with incorrect information, difficulty in getting through on phone, no facility to wait for a Mansfield B. Soc. employee to answer the phone, so I decided to close the account rather than make a partial withdrawal. Then to cap it all, and after giving the necessary 3 months’ notice they failed to close the account on the agreed date. Deeply unimpressive all round. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
