Excellent service but online account could be better

Excellent service closing maturing regular saver and opening a new one. However couldn't get COP match when setting up standing order and found account not showing online 3 days after opened. When writing secure message nearly got timed out 3 times as writing message not recognised as using account. Reviewed on: 31st July 2026
