Helpful in an emergency but high interest rates

At the time I really needed money quickly. However if I wasn’t in that situation I would have looked for alternatives. The interest rates were high which obviously meant I had to pay surplus money on top of amount borrowed. Saying that the customer care and staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and lovely. They spent the time to make sure I understood everything. I can’t fault the staff and service provided. Just wish I wasn’t in the predicament of having to take the loan in the first place.
