Best savings account and excellent customer service

I was one of the few people that Chase announced their credit card to. I jumped at the opportunity as Virgin would only allow me a 1k limit despite earning 28k at the time. Thus, I applied and was accepted for the chase credit card with a 5k limit. They make it super easy to repay your credit card and you can repay any amount at any time. Furthermore, I’ve had their savings account for over 3 years and whilst their interest rate obviously has to drop alongside the bank of england rate, it is still one of the best interest rates for a savings account in the UK. Similarly, on the few times I’ve had to contact their customer service chat, they are always prompt to reply and quite frankly I enjoy almost texting them rather than having to call.
