Helped when no one else would

I had terrible credit when I took out this first personal loan to consolidate some credit cards and an overdraft I had. They sat with me for a good hour (even past their closing time as I came after work) and talked me through all options and how we could reach the best monthly payment solution. Really friendly and made sure I was 100% certain on every aspect of the loan before I signed. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019
