HSBC travel insurance exceeded my expectations!

HSBC travel insurance exceeded my expectations! During a family holiday over Easter my son suffered an ear infection and we incurred doctor's fees and pharmacy charges getting him well enough to fly home; I made a claim on my travel insurance 3 days after returning home, and less than a week since the costs were incurred, and the money was in my account the same day. No quibbles, no fuss. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
