I’m fairly new to the JPM investment product and I’m benchmarking against other providers. Using the Smart investment option with the slightly higher fee structure, seems positive presently, but only a month in. Given recent instability in the markets due to the AI sell off, seems to be performing reasonably at the moment given the portfolio was strong in tech when initiated. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Good flexibility, good app interface.

Good flexibility, good app interface. No issues since opening account, so no need to contact support so far. Easy to open secondary accounts for other purposes. Could do with more incentives on the account, or spend to encourage greater utilisation. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
