I am delighted with the service provided from Tembo.

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided to me by both Glen Fulham, Senior Mortgage Advisor, and Callum Doherty, Senior Case Manager, at Tembo. I was referred to Tembo on 19th January 2026 from Saga Financial Solutions to advise on a Retirement Interest Only Mortgage. And I have an offer already just four weeks later due to the outstanding care and attention from Tembo. Glen pursued the best rate product for me and explained the process and ‘rules’ in detail to ensure I understood fully. His advice was second to none and I am so grateful as he negotiated the best deal for me and my circumstances. Once Glen had achieved the initial acceptance of a deal he handed over to Callum who was a brilliant case manager. There was no dilly dallying. Callum engineered a quick and efficient way through all the lengthy procedures such that I fully trusted him and relaxed knowing he was doing the work for me. He patiently explained the process and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. I had expected delays and having to chase answers but there was none of that.
