Customer focussed and helpful company

I was in a situation where i needed a debt consolidation loan and had been rejected by all the mainstream lenders. Joseph at the Reading branch was really understanding, friendly and went out of his way to get me the finance I needed to get myself back on track. This has such a positive impact on my life, not just my finances, but by consolidating my debts it alleviated so much stress, that is had a real impact on improving my mental health.
