My experience with Hargreaves Lansdown has been... okay

My experience with Hargreaves Lansdown has been... okay. I've opened Junior Stocks and Shares ISAs for my children, which has been relatively smooth but there hasn't been much communication from HL. The transfer took longer than expected and I had to check what was happening. Other providers have been much more communicative. Also, as the adult contact for my children's accounts, I am unable to view the accounts in one login - instead, I've had to set up completely separate accounts and log in and out, which is not ideal.
