I have been with United Trust Bank for a few years now.

I have been with United Trust Bank for a few years now. What keeps me with them is their clear explanations as to how they work. Staff pick up the phone within seconds and sort any query quickly. Oh...and an important factor....interest rates re savings are good. So good I transferred all of my various Isas too them. What's not to like ! Helpful and friendly too.
