Excellent customer service when I wasn’t sure if the...

Excellent customer service when I wasn’t sure if the rooster cards were free or not alongside my NatWest account- quick reassurance given. Rooster cards are so simple to navigate and show the children…they are slowly starting to understand the value of money when they earn via chores and it suddenly depreciates when they spend.
