Excellent service and support

From setting up the Rooster account in its very early days of the Rooster being launched, the team were constantly in touch and keeping me up to date with information. When I experienced a potential issue, on a Saturday afternoon, the team were in touch and guiding me through. I felt supported and like my children's money was in safe hands.
