Great customer service

Because I have a NatWest a/c they desire the rooster card fee which is generous. They have very good customer service which I’ve used via email, very efficient and knowledgeable. Family from abroad were trying to send money to the NatWest rooster account as birthday present as I hadn’t realised this account is not set up to receive money from abroad the funds were returned, thankfully NatWest were very understanding and waived the charges.
