Customer service and website are useless

I had to call them twice to request my credit report. They don't value first contact resolution and they hand up as fast as they can without resolving the issue. The website did not work, they sent me a new link which also did not work, then they asked me for ID via email to retrieve my credit report manually and I sent them all the documents but they haven't sent me the credit report. I followed up 5 times over 2 days and still no response. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
