Extremely disappointing management

Having acknowledged (twice) that I was NOT going to renew, you renewed my policy taking money out of account before the existing policy expired. You did not respond to my emails. This behaviour is not at all acceptable. It has been passed across to barclaycard. I am extremely disappointed. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
