Bullies!

I got a qoute on Confused.com and they were my best qoute so I phoned in to proceed with the qoute when the qoute was finalised, they increased the premium without a valid reason. Then a few days later I went on money supermarket and I got another qoute with them which was £500 cheaper without changing any details . So, I attempted to call them again and I was told that I was changing the mileage and car price which sometimes car price is automated and I was checking price difference for the mileages incase I wanted to go on long trips. They used that as an excuse to increase the premium once again. They were not reasonable and I spoke to their manager and he made it even more difficult. This company are theives as they decline the qoutes on comparison sites and increase the qoute without valid reasons. They are very rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't advice getting insured with this company at all Reviewed on: 18th January 2017
