I am 77 years old and looking to put my savings in trusted Bank. I contacted Chase customer Services and from my first reception from them I had my hand held and was supported in everyway. I now have a current account that gives me a return when I am spending and a savings account that gives me easy access if required with an excellent interest rate. All under control on my phone app, which I thought I would never do, but to my delight I found it so easy to use. Initially if I was unsure of anything there was a person on the end of the phone to guide me, I'm now very confident & very happy. What more do you want from a Bank! Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
