Price given £477.91 money taken £753.37

My renewed policy price was £477.91 so after a claim for hitting a monkjack I thought the price wasn’t too bad so agreed to pay it off in one lump sum instead of monthly. To my astonishment they took £753.37, after ringing and speaking to several people and being cut off several times i finally got to speak to someone who could see there error and agreed to pay the £275.46 back…………I still haven’t had my refund!!!! Absolutely disgusting service and won’t be returning to these cowboys Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
