Efficient Banking Experience

I’ve had a very good experience with this bank. Transfers between accounts and currencies are easy and seamless which makes managing both local and international transactions very convenient. The savings interest rates are very competitive and card replacements are also handled very quickly. One area to improve is customer service for large transfers. While I understand the need for security checks, the interactions can feel overly scripted and rigid which can be very frustrating. A more personalised and flexible approach, especially for long-standing customers would greatly improve the experience. Overall, a reliable bank with strong digital services and good returns.
